International Certification

International students will notice that the LPQ / LPC courses and exams cover a wide range of subjects that are common to all retail settings, world-wide. However, there are components which pertain to the retail industry in the United Kingdom. The courses and exams are written in English, have elements of British law, as well as elements found in the United Kingdom market place.

As the courses and exams are developed in the United Kingdom, it is wise to have a firm grasp on speaking, writing, and comprehending English. It is especially important to know English when taking the exams. They are multiple choice and many of the correct answers require that you find the BEST selection choice. If your comprehension of written English is such that you cannot discern the word(s) that comprise the best answer, you will not be able to pass the exam.

The LPQ and LPC can be accessed in most countries as long as there is internet access. On the other hand, the LPQ and LPC exams are physically monitored and held in specialised exam centres. Below is a partial list of the countries that the exams are administered in. For a more complete list, please contact us

*All applicants must take the LPQ or LPC prep-course before taking the exam to gain their LPQ or LPC credential. The prep-course questions, reviews, and practice test are designed as learning tools to review course content and reinforce learning.

While the reviews and practice test provide opportunity to recall important concepts, the actual, proctored exam is significantly more difficult.. Its questions require application of the concepts. Do not underestimate the need to prepare for the final exam based on high scores on review and practice questions.
