The Loss Prevention Foundation welcomes sharing specific educational opportunities as well as proven educators with its LPCertified professionals.
This page is for those who would like to qualify a specific event or qualify their suite of events for LPF CEUs (continuing educational units).
Currently the Loss Prevention Foundation provides the following services:
- We evaluate and establish the CEUs that a specific event can receive.
- We allow use of the LPF logo when associated with the qualified CEU event.
- We announce a qualified CEU event in our LPC Certified Professionals LinkedIn group.
- We create a LPF CEU certificate to be used at the discretion of the event team.
- We evaluate a provider's educational suite and merrits for Educational Provider status.
- We provide a link on our web site to an Educational Provider's suite of opportunities.
- We provide a link on our web site to an Educational Provider's specific promotional event.
- We provide a header graphic on all our web pages to a specific educational opportunity.
- mention a education provider or specific opportunity in our LPF newsletter.
In general, the Loss Prevention Foundation provides only a subset of the services listed above. The less services requested, the quicker the evaluation process.

On the above form is the phone number and email of the recertification support team should you have any specific or direct questions.
Event Provider:
An Event Provider qualifies a specific educational event. If the event qualifies; the LPF will minimally provide services 1 and 2 above. In turn, we ask that the LPC logo is displayed on promotional literature and/or web pages along with the number of LPC CEUs the event qualified for. A sample.
Education Provider:
An Education Provider qualifies all their educational suite for a minimum of one year.
If the provider qualifies, the LPF will minimally provide services 5 and 6 above. In turn, we ask that the LPC logo is displayed on promotional literature and/or web pages. For special, specific promotions, the LPF will provide service 4. In turn, we ask that Education Providers, provide a web link to their educational oportunitis or an updated PDF. We also ask that the provider display the LPC logo with a graphical web link back to the LPF home page and tag line at right (exactly as below). A sample.
