Learning the ins and outs of LPC recertification is a journey. There are times where you just want to talk with someone who has been there and done that already. With that in mind, the Loss Prevention Foundatation has established a role to help our LPC certificants titled; Company Recertification Champions.
Company Recertification Champions:
If you work in the same company as a company recertification champion, you have a go-to person to help you with recertification. A company champion, knows your company and your constraints, but also has been there navigating through the recertification process. They can work directly with the LPF recertification support team to help get CEUs values for internal company classes or even can gather all company LPCs for a time of mentoring and educational, CEU opportunities. Company Champions may also be appraised of your individual status to help you keep on top of what is due when. Consider them your partner and career advocate.

Tailor the role to fit company needs and culture.
Gather, encourage, and mentor other company LPC certificants.
Represent company recertification needs, courses etc with LPF.
Guide company LPC certificants in recertification progress.
Receive company LPC holders' individual recertification stats from LPF.
Access LPF recert expert via phone for a company LPC Q&A or training event.
Claim up to 5 CEUs each year for role.
Required to keep their LPC credential current.
Will receive CEUs for their dedication and service.
